What are the shipping times for my order?
Shipping times are 24 / 48h excluding working days (Saturdays, Sundays and holidays). The day your order will be shipped you will receive a shipping confirmation email and in about 24/48 hours it will arrive you will receive your order.
The courier did not find me, what should I do?
If the courier fails to deliver your order on the first try, don't worry, they will make another attempt the next day.
I have received a wrong, faulty or damaged product, what should I do?
In this case, send an email to info@ricciardibags.com with the order number and the name to which the order was placed, writing the product received by mistake or sending the photo of the defective or damaged product. We will reply to you within 48 working hours with the directions and assistance procedure for your specific case.
How can I return a product?
To return a product, it is necessary to send an email to info@ricciardibags.com communicating the decision to exercise the right of return within 14 days of receipt of the product. Prepare the package with the product intact and with tag in its original packaging. NB: the product must not have been used. Return the package and once the package is received, the assistance will evaluate the condition of the product sent and issue the refund. The refund will be issued within 10 working days with the same payment method used for the order.
