Right of withdrawal

1.) Procedures and procedures.

The shipping costs for the return are at your expense , RicciardiBags refunds only the returned item.

Boxes, protective bags and accessories must be the same as those of the shipment .

The customer has two options to be able to return the goods:

A. Shipment by the customer

The client autonomously sends the goods by a courier of your choice to our address, the Shipping must be tracked and insured, as RicciardiBags will not respond and assume no responsibility if the goods arrive damaged or are lost.

Once the goods are arrived at our headquarters, the latter will be checked and we will refund later.

B. Collection from your home (Only ITALY and Italian addresses)

RicciardiBags can make the withdrawal (ITALY only) at the requested address, even if different from the order .

THE costs for the service vary depending on the area , prices start from a minimum of 15 €.

(For the islands and disadvantaged / remote areas the costs start from a minimum of € 20 ) which will be deducted from your refund .

(For the Minor Islands , the cost must be defined according to the area)

The cost of the service may vary if the original boxes are not used and / or more products are returned.

4.) Refund.

4A) Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the initial transaction e it will not be possible to change it .

If the customer has paid on delivery , in this case, must choose the bank transfer for a refund, and provide us with your refund details.

The Cost of cash on delivery service , of the shipment, and of gift packs are non-refundable.

4B) Refund with Promo or Active Sales
