SHIPPING AND DELIVERIES
- How the expedition is proceeding
In Italy the shipment takes place by national courier traceable with the alphanumeric code. For other countries, the shipment takes place by international courier chosen as appropriate. You will always be informed who will be the courier for your shipment and the site where you can track the package by email.
Once the order has been taken over, it cannot be changed.
1.1 The cost of shipping
For Italy (except the Minor Islands and Venice Lagoon) the shipping costs are free.
In Italy For deliveries within the Italian nation, express courier services are used by sending to the address indicated by the customer.
European Union: International Express Courier is used for foreign deliveries to countries within the European Union.
Other areas of the world: uses the International Postal system and also their Fast Courier services.
Upon receipt, the Customer must check the integrity of the package containing the purchased product; if any anomalies are found, they must be immediately reported to the Express Courier.
1.2 Delivery times
To be sure about the delivery date, rely only on the tracking code because this is provided to us directly by the courier.
The processing / procedure for delivery in most cases will take place in 24/48 hours (72 hours for Calabria and the Major Islands).
The purchased products are delivered as quickly as possible, usually within 2/3 working days. For the smaller islands, 4-7 working days are expected. RicciardiBags undertakes to respect, as a maximum delivery time, a period not exceeding 10 working days from the order, except in cases of force majeure.
In case of delay of more than 10 working days, the Customer will be contacted directly by e-mail to be informed and updated on the expected delivery date.
In 99% of cases, delivery takes place within 24/48 hours after shipment for the less central areas. (48 / 72h Islands)
Shipments within the EU take between 5 and 10 working days.
Shipments to non -EU countries can take up to 1 week.
1.3 How do I know where my parcel is?
We always choose to deliver with tracked shipping, so you can know where the package is at any time thanks to the tracking code.
As soon as the package is collected by the courier, he generates a tracking number that is delivered to us within 24 hours by the courier's center.
We will then provide you with the tracking code via email with instructions to track your package via a link.
1.4 If I'm not home for the delivery, what happens?
In case you are not at home, the courier leaves a notice or will call you at the telephone number indicated at the time of the order.
Usually the first working day for delivery will pass. It will be your pleasure to have you at home for the delivery.
The main objective is to ensure that the order arrives at its destination as soon as possible.
In the event that you receive an incorrect or damaged item, we promptly invite you to contact us by phone or email within 3 (three) days from the date of receipt of the order, preferably with a photograph of the package and its contents, at the following email address : info@ricciardibags.com

The costs for the departure shipment and the import duty are non-refundable, unless otherwise agreed.
